A couple of posters on the Ukraine News, about a week ago, responded to a very favourable article about HOG with 2 posts referring to risks that successful companies that come to the governments attention fall prey to money grabs from them, payoffs for approvals etc. Not sure of their credibility but they certainly were very bad spellers. Their grammar was good which indicates that they weren't Ukraines. I have no idea if corruption reigns supreme over there.
