I think you might be right there Cruz - though it will be hard to pump to mid 40's for a few months yet I'd imagine - IMO the sp isn't suddenly going to leap after the end of June either if that's what some are thinking - HOG needs solid news of more oil/gas discoveries that's the only way the sp will get any sustainable boost and that's some way off..... meantime the market knows exactly where HOG is at regarding revenues etc and has factored it all into the current sp - though what Hartley's and its clients have in mind I wouldn't know - but I did say that Hartley's wasn't good news for HOG when they arrived on the scene and nobody wanted to believe me.....

perhaps there is something about sovereign risk, the uncertainty of getting a 20 year production licence from the ruling Ukrainian mafia which is holding it back also?....
