I also spoke with BID Director Guy, who said nothing has changed and there is NO CAP RAISING. Everything is going great as per their announcements and presentation.

I asked about Anthony resigning as Director and Guy said that
"Anthony is the Kerosene to BIDs fire" and that Anthony is an Evangelist for BID and the best person to speak for and promote BIDS growth.

This gave me a feeling of absolute confidence in BID's future!
