EVM is a cheapo company they thought they will buy out Zenith for 25m dollar and take all these tenements
just like they purchased the battery factory in UK for 30m pounds
or they got their math wrong regarding a lithium mining which may take sometimes before it reaches their processing plant in SAUDI
and they are looking for a faster option. so they are trying to mingle out the JV.
if the divorce happens its fine others will come to the table and perhaps with better terms and conditions, plus we got 50% of the work done
using someone else capital. which may give the board better negotiation powers when striking new deals.
overall it is still a good investment case.
