    If EVM aren't performing they should forfeit the shares issued to them by way if a breach notice from ZNC. The Director's of ZNC who were issued shares for introducing EVM should hand them back also due to the non performance of EVM.
    We have issued a lot of shares to get into this conundrum and shareholders have a right not to be impressed.
