I think 5hareholder is trying to say CCC don't need to capital raise.

Whether they want to raise capital to buy a bargain asset is really up to their own disgression, depending on what assets/prices are circulating the market at the moment.

Look at AGO (Atlas) who have not at all been shy in issuing shares to acquire other companies (and essentially, assets).
