The quick ratio measures a company's ability to meet its short-term obligations with its most liquid assets. The higher the quick ratio, the better the position of the company. Therefore we are in a very bad position.

If not, please explain why ccc is so low. I know the report made in october 2010 said that we will be at 20 cents in september. Well my scenario is 2 cents in august, cosolidation of 10 to 1, then we will get 20 cent.
