IMHO There will be none.
It seemed to me that GMG had opted for other means along the MQG deal.
I am firmly of that view.
I was surprised at how readily Mirvac raised $1B...........especially as analysts were falling over themseves in thier negaivity to REITS
That was the last for REITS
THe RIO deal will soak up any capital left..............
