You got a good point there. MQG could be the investment advisor/banker/broker to the Canadian pension fund and/or Chinese Investment Corporation, and those 414 million unit options could be exercised and onsold to them? So in consideration for getting the options, MQG is charged with looking for a cornerstone investor to buy up a stake in the company??? MQG probably wouldn't exercise the options until they have a ready buyer.
