Chesney east gold hit in amongst old workings will be costly to mine, risky operationally and will almost certainly not live up to expectations. Remnant mining is always given conservative mining factors so when you see hits like this in remnant areas give it an automatic 50% mine recovery factor to not give it too much weighting when making decisions. Also an FYI the "NEW" Chesney East, is actually the "Eastern Gold Lense" which is far from new if you read technical papers on the Chesney Deposit, just a handy directors not so special.
