no cash payment

I tried to call CFE management but could not contact them

Some of my Perth Broker mates who was able to contact CFE after the halt says that there is a delay in payment and that the cash has not yet been transferred.

They say apparently the Chinese are not happy with a condition in the Heads of Agreement.

They also say that the deal is still on though but the 1st payment is scheduled for the end of September.

I am getting very worried now and confused

If anyone has anything else please update me
