No biotech with a quarter billion in cash, no debt, paying a dividend and announcing a share buyback program will be raising capital through stock issuance.
I am buying shares aggressively.
Back out the $4.70 in cash and the value of all Clinuvel's amazing opportunities is $6. Beyond ridiculous.
The P/E is 8. PEG about .67.

Either we have the most undervalued company I've seen in 30 years of investing, or we have an elaborate Matchstick Men level scam. The risk/reward is a no brainer in my opinion.
