There will be no decision in 2013. Cashburn of about 150k a month just for admin means we will have to do another raise at 1.5c or lower just to be in the game. Sad sad sad state of affairs for the company.

4 and a half months have passed since the court date. By the time a decision comes around it will be 6 months. What a joke because some judge cant get off his ass to say to a bunch of haters, no.... rules are rules, there is a 30 day appeal limit given for a reason, if you miss out bad luck, oh and the grounds for your appeal, average at best. You see here ladies and gents, it doesn't take much for the Australian court system to bring a company with great prospects to it knees. No one will touch us until this is sorted which means more dilution and a falling share price.

2013 has been a year to forget for OBL and I feel for holders, I just hope the management are astute enough to make 2014 a blockbuster.
