I see that there has so far been no announcement about Giralia's significant holding (which before the due date for exercising options had around 6.78 million shares in CAP).
GIR also hadD 3.39 million of the options which if exercised would have given it over a 10% stake in the company which now has 94 million shares.This stake would have been very significant if Giralia wanted to block any takeover bid.
