    Endocoal wishes to advise that the formal process conducted by Grant Samuel Corporate Finance for considering proposals has today concluded in a way that will not result in a change of control transaction.

    Discussions surrounding transactions to realise value at project and asset levels continue to be developed by Endocoal with a number of parties.
