Vic, I think you are right because JJ come in a variety of guises, and the ASX declarations need only state the specific buyer.
In the run-up to date you will find JJ via Summerlea Superfund has been the principal buyer, however dotted in now and then are a few stakes from JJ Holdings Pty Ltd, which is a different entity.
The fact JJ may be the entity behind a variety of names is incidental, each is treated as a business entity unto itself, and only when a trip point for a given identity has been reached is the SSN requirement demanded.
A perusal of past SSN notices will bear this out
At a guess, Summerlea may be having a spell for a time and the next SSN notice will carry a different name. Naturally it might take a while before they reach their trip point though.
