wow thought id would have gained in value, this is way oversold but other reit are getting same punishment, i am fully loaded on this from last year and wont be buying anymore but they are really good value down here, very tempting, im expecting a run to $3 after they squash most of the retail holders exiting for the doors, its around 45 mill on the the old scale of volume so not high vol selling.
