You'll get out of ELM for at least double current SP, but it won't happen for a long time. Realistically sometime in 1H of 2013 you will make money.

Perhaps sell out, make money elsewhere, then get back into ELM by mid 2012, that's what I'm doing with some of my cash. Sold a portion of my holding a few months ago, plan is to make money on another stock (won't jinx by stating which), then get back in to ELM by say April next year.
