Oily man,
Several months ago,there were some very generous packages of shares and options handed out,to new incoming Management who had yet to prove themselves at ELM and had had little input in building the company up to that date.
It was along the lines of we are now running the show,and we will be giving ourselves what we want,along with a few big share holding mates there was never going to be an issue with getting the packages passed with a positive vote at the GM a few months back.
This type of what I call,plain in your face greed,does not sit well with new or existing investors, alarm bells ring loudly to both forms of investors when Management has little regard or respect for holders and only want to look after themselves.It all creates a bad vibe around the company.
Ever since all of these hand outs have been approved by management and there mates,the share price has been in a continous downward spiral.
No one will trust or invest in a Management team,that are in it for themselves only.
