I will hold until there is an unusual high spike in the stock price, which may be around $4.50 next time. But the trends are pretty easy to see, so just bail out on the next down trend. It is following a nice long term uptrend though, and pays a divedend, better than cash in the bank. It's a stock I feel comfortable placing a larger than normal amount of money in - for now. Watch for any signs the real estate bubble is bursting though Not a sexy stock, but safe as houses, so to speak.
