SC, I suspect, would pursue with prejudice and impunity if any possible IP or non-compete infringement.
Its one thing to say a coy will fight/protect, but when that coy is internationally recognised as a winning legal bulldog, I'd stay very clearly on the other side of the fence. I would seriously have to place issue as a very real 'risk' to the value of the new comer until it is clarified.
