They need to hit 20% (this is the threshold where they have to make a takeover offer (either a serious offer or they can just low ball it in hope nobody takes it)
Once all the transfers are complete they will be at 18.91%. When they take up the final part of the $1mill deal then they will be at 19.78%. And then once they exercise the platinum options they they will jump above the threshold to 26.99%
