They either increase their holdings proportionally by partaking in the 25% Placement, OR they don't partake and their holdings reduce % wise. Either way, there is no net gain for the Directors.

The CR has been flagged since the AGM notice, its not unexpected like many CRs which come out of the blue with a Trading Halt.

Exisiting holders get diluted, as per always. Look what happened over at NDO a few weeks ago, they got blindsided.
