Like I said back in Sep 2012 if RAI directors were not able to sort out the dispute by mid Oct then both parties would lose out. Based on what has happended, or not happened to date, it seems to be that the directors do not have the skills to manage these type of situations otherwise the issues would be resolved by now. The huge salaries seem to reflect the egos not the performance.
