Quarterly reporting of cashflow is the standard reporting requirement. Which HLX is compliant with. While we may like more regular updates, they are not required and as such not giving them does not mean they are 'concealing the book's'.
I own a few specs, and there isn't a single one that reports their cashflow outside of the regular quarterly reporting. There are plenty of valid issues to raise with HLX management, but I don't think this is one.
