La Tache, I think is legitimate post and others less hostile HC Members have asked for emails which were forwarded to them immediately. I have nothing to hide.
I have never been refused a current cash position of any Public Company ever, I have concerns if its legal to conceal that information from share holders. And I pointed out when share holder are tod the cash position its going to be 1 month out of date ?? Is that legal to conceal current cash position of Public Company ?? I dont think so.
