SDL has thousands of shareholders and i'm sure they value us all. Infact as a long term holder going to meeting 4 years ago I know they appreciate us.

If someone's got a day off they've got a day off, i'm sorry but they have a life too and to be frank a receptionist isn't the person to be talking to.

As for the number of shares you hold its really irelevant, SDL has almost 3 billion shares on issue, unless you hold a few hundred million and can use it as a blocking stake against a chinese takeover, well your in the same boat as everyone else mate.
