NO system in the world will send a message if a phone line is cut
Securitel is the ONLY system which will recognise a cut phone line as it polls the alarm system every 30 sec.
and it will only recognise a line failure which could be a break in the Telstra cable......a failure at an exchange and or a cutting of the phone line.
that is why Banks use Securitel
the sytstem you have "googled" is simply using GSM as a "backup" to the system if phone lines are cut and or there is no landline available.
GSM has many limitations leats of which is cost plus many technical limitations.
do some more googling...
