No CR?

Just to clarify, when you say no CR, does it mean to further issuance of shares to raise money? How will they fund the launch of constellation then? Debt funding? Is debt funding possible given they don't have much tangible asset to offer as security?

It just doesn't add up to their cash requirements in the next 12 months  to a statement that no CR is needed.

As the directors have stated, they have their shares in a voluntary escrow and will only be sold if they are needed to facilitate a funding arrangement.
