The escrowed shares that management
have are not yet in circulation. So when they are sold they
would dilute the current shareprice. By how much? Depending on the amount of shares sold and the price they were sold at. The price would not be at current shareprice and
would be at a drastic discount because otherwise they would not sell, that is assuming anyone is crazy enough to buy. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENT TO A CR. What you guys are currently doing is twisting things to suit your narrative and deluding yourself in doing so. Either way you want to spin it, there is a basic principle in things that you can't twist no matter how perverse you are trying to be. Also if MM is such a believer in the company or whatever you guys want him to be then why not get him to fork out the cash? Get Meir, Meidad, Yonathan to pitch in with their own money too...they wouldn't, why? As far as I know none of them have ever bought a single share, invested their own money into SAS nor participated in any CR the company has ever done.
The last CR was meant for 20 pearls, design, build and launch yet what we have instead is wasted 15 million. All that BS about revenue from the 3Ds...
