We have been through this before a few times already. The founders could sell share to raise funds that could then be lent back to SAS. They could place enough to raise say $20m (each of the three founder might put in 100m shares each) to get the first batch up and that would leave a smaller target for a debt raising or however they do the baalance. If the share price then rises, they would still benefit hugely. from the 200m balance of their shares.
