SAS Directors have advised us that any equity raise in Australia would be prohibitive at the current share price. Hence SAS is currently pro-actively seeking a strategic investor(s) internationally.
That's from Everblu so SAS directors told Everblu What's there plans were right.
Now it does not say no CR but when you want to know something sometimes you have to go out of your way and contact people in the know.
Like I said I called management in Perth 2 times so did 2 other holders that hold "large partials also "
and we all got told the same thing.
There will not be a CR throug you guys or through a sofisticated investor it will be to hard to get the money needed.
It will come from a number of options still avalible
An institution investor /telco. (We have options)
Now things change if they can't get money from were they said then maybe they have to.
But like I said we called and got the answer that I have shared with you all.
I had a question and I got an answere that's what that Perth office is there for not my Problem people if your.
To lazy to do there own reserch. (And call)
One of
Last time I called i was told as I posted befor
But I'll say it again I asked when will the funding be done will it be by years end the answer was YES
You will get a new director first then he will get the funding.
Then I asked befor end of November ?
He paused and said possibly.
I posted this befor we got MM on board.
To bad I can't call Perth anymore last time I called few days ago I could only talk to Steve woods and did not provide any additional information.
Now way I told fibs don't know yet but it seems to be true because one of the things MM has to get so he receives his performance shares is.
He needs to secure 50 mill and a large telco.
Now time will tell.
What I know you all know mostly
Just to clarify, when you say no CR, does it mean to further issuance of shares to raise money? How will they fund the launch of constellation then? Debt funding? Is debt funding possible given they don't have much tangible asset to offer as security?
It just doesn't add up to their cash requirements in the next 12 months to a statement that no CR is needed.
