these guys have lost me....bought in March seen go up to 50c+ and then after investor presentation start dropping. Should have known then when no mention of distribution at all in the presentation, that something was up.
Directors should have phased in decision intead of belting current shareholders without warning. Contrast to MPS who paid forecasted dividend but warned lower next.
But what really piissses me off is that it looks like some in the market knew, with increasing sell off in last few days.
Sold some on Friday, may sell rest Monday depending on price and price of other REITs. Bought into OIF, MRA and GJT.
Probably turn around over next 12 months but I will never trust these fuuckkers again.
