Seriously , the sooner this economy can forget what the rates will do to real estate and think of the small business sector the better. May be time for some regulation on the lenders to make it mandatory that lenders meet and stick to minimum lending requirements. Trusting that the bankers will do the right thing and leaving them an unregulated force has not rewarded any one except some overpaid banking execs worldwide.
