    The deal is off. ASZ has rejected the 68c takeover.
    Personally, im a bit disappointed because while management feels the company is worth more, the market (including me) does not.

    I really hope I'm wrong, but i just dont trust manangement. Hope we're not sub 40's tomorrow...
