    I would say vote no deal. This is really opportunistic of Chinese to buy it out. Lot of us has average buy in above what is being offered. Also isn't it too early for an offer before actual financial result comes out on 31sth August and we know how much it should be worth.

    I say NO DEAL !!! Plain and simple.
