Well even if there are other parties - this is the part I liked:

Acquiring an interest - hoping that means they aren't about to sell the whole venture, and will find someone who wants to inject some capital to buy a stake in the project. Maybe a manufacturer or someone!!! Didn't like the fact that they sold the whole project. That just strikes me as being the worst decision they could do! Sell half of the project!
And just get on with the business! Use those funds to develope the project, and get the 10% of lithium sales contracts in place (more money)!
