its very much like a company called chf, ( not promoting chf in any manner) I'm comparing the credibility of the boards job to get things done properly on time, and run the company properly in efficiently and productive manner. and do things in the best interests of shareholder more then " others" and chf did fail on the last rto thy got rejected in the end by the other company due diligence on the board of the company taking them over , that is a strong possibility here, and they are very well taking there time on this new takeover of other company. a lot of similar things going on.
