The circle was just highlighting the sell signal for me on the chart. The red area is usually overbought/sell and the green area is usually oversolde/buy area'.
Now they dont always work but get pretty close when used with a few other simple methods.
The indicators are stochastics and i use them as a simple in and out method with BHP which usually works quite well over time.
