    That's because the Erongo License expired first in 2003.

    They're handling the licenses in order of expiry. This is why they didn't include nuclear fuels in the first renewal, because when they applied for renewal in 2003, they didn't tick the Nuclear box.

    Skeleton coast license expired August 2004 - not long ago. This will be dealt with soon. Watch.
