I have been looking at possible outcomes for CER and I really do believe if the market bottom's out here then we could see a predator snap up CER.
Or provided they can sell close to the target of 500million in malls then refinancing should not be too difficult provide this melee with US banks is sorted in the next month or two.

The US could bounce back alot quicker than the EU which in my opinion could be stuck in the mire of recession for a decade due too its EU conglomerate of countries and red tape.
