Would you buy now when more and more of the industry is getting shutdown? Plus Chris recently participated heavily in the last CR.
The SP is down because of the General market sentiment and childcare market sentiment so the directors buying wont change that.. it'll only show that this stock (like thousands of others) are under valued in a world where this COVID-19 crisis isn't happening...which I think everyone already knows.
