    Interesting feedback Heron. Wonder if it is contributing to the price fall. Seems awhile from any JV if they are still talking with multiple partners. Also I note "Genorah and JV partenr" are in it for long term. No mention of NKP. Is this a clue to the possible partial takeover people have mentioned?
