It’s interesting that he continues to use “finalised’ to describe the progress yet there are more than one interested party. It could be the case that we get two parties to invest, one to invest through an interest in NKP (possibly a partial TO0 and wants certainty of supply and possibly another party like IDC which will invest or provide finance to Genorah for their portion of capex.

Maybe the final signature is just waiting on the mining right to be notarised. Seems to be taking a while for that to come through.
