As I understand it the Resolution 4 a b & c in regard to the Issue of Options was not put to the Meeting for a vote.
Agree the issue of the options would have been an added incentive for already active Directors.
In any case they got the Resolution passed which increased the cap on (non-exec) Directors Fees - so not a total rejection.
