the point is - do they know what they read -looks like NOT. - The potential for DYL is huge - I cant understand why the price is so stagnant - then again I think I can - its call manipulation!!!!... I think this will bounce sooner than later to where it should be - I am guessing at least 0.84 cents soon!!!
