Its a bit unfortunate that IEL will only have its dividends direct credited into an Australian bank account. They wont even send an Australian cheque to overseas investors. OTW.ASX is doing the same thing. They advise that the unclaimed dividends will sit in a non interest bearing account until an Australian bank account is supplied. I now have to go through the hassle of checking out the legality.
If this company wants to be a billion dollar company then perhaps they should start acting like one.
