As long as the CEO is in place - and the CFO - and the Solicitor working in-house - and certain members of the board (boys club) - this train wreck will happen.
Ha - they are even writing off incentive plans that have putrified. They have also been stung for trying to shaft a winery. Smells rank to me. In-house lawyer/CEO/CFO/Board - all are failing shareholders and staff(again).
I will say this though - these clowns are very good at beating their chests about winning low-end cheap wine awards - BUT as it says in the good Book - before the fall is the pride.
