VRLPA for mine has always been a better option, after the fall its taking now, the yeild will be through the roof . I am aware the preference shares are mentioned as a yearly review for payment, but not sure if they would ever pull the trigger. Who really needs to vote anyway, might be good for Rivkin etc(large investers), or because you think you are making a stand, but as the old saying goes, money talks and bulls**t walks.
