My take on the announcement was that they were going to complete the Kihabe drilling program and then move on to the new sites.

In my view they can start drilling for diamonds tomorrow (with a second rig). There is big potential in this project and the market reacted far better to news from this project. Each year the share price would shoot up to 18c (from as low as 6c) on news from the diamond project, whereas with great news out of the zinc project we are lukcy if the share price goes up 1c.

They are drilling at quite a pace at Kihabe, with 1,604 metres drilled already (after about a month).whereas in the first month of drilling this year the managed only 615m and after the first quarter they had only managed to drill 1792m (by the end of March 07).
My take on this is that they are going full speed on Kihabe.
Step 2 the other targets in the area.
Hopefully they will simultaneously they will work that diamond project with a second rig.
